    JERSEY BLUE (BLUE CHEESE)

    A rich, creamy texture infused with a strong blue culture. A firm cheese with a beautifully coloured appearance.

    NEUFCHATEL

    A decadent, spreadable, French style cream cheese. A fresh taste with a soft, creamy texture.

    VELVET BLUE

    A creamy center infused with a mild blue culture that lightly lingers on the tongue. The velvety rind is dusted with Maritime Pine Tree Ash for a subtle smoky flavour.
